Case: The City of Amsterdam wants to promote reading among schoolchildren. Develop an interface design for lower secondary school students that allows them to easily access an overview of books they find appealing to read on an iPad in the school library (by specifying a number of preferences).
Project: BOKENTOCHT (Book Search) – a tablet app where children aged from 12 to 15 can find a book using a filter options based on mood (vibe). I designed the app inspired by dadism and collages to make it playful.
Products: hi-fi prototype for an iPad app made in Adobe XD, all icons & illustrations made by me using royalty free images & images from a personal collection
Case: The city of Rotterdam wants to give more attention to instrumental music like jazz by attracting a younger audience. Therefore, the Municipality of Rotterdam is organizing a free event called Public City Jazz. The event provides a platform for primarily young, up-and-coming talent.
Project: Two different design propositions following the guidelines of The Municipality of Rotterdam website, one made keeping their visual identity (Rotterdam Blocks design), other showcasing my own unique vision (Futurism design).
Products: two designs for the Public City Jazz campaign website for mobile, mid-screen & large screen in Figma, an animation inspired by a song from the lineup which pops up when you click “Experience (the artist)”
